The taste is sweet and tart, with flavors of cherry, raspberry, and lime on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately acidic, featuring notes of raspberry, rhubarb, sour grapes, and plum with subtle notes of oak and grape leaves. Overall, this is a surprisingly enjoyable beer even at this age, with an absolutely PERFECT balance between sweet and sour.
