The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits and saltine crackers with fruity undertones of apple, pear, and lemon on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of pine, grapefruit zest, herbal hops and a hint of smoke. Overall, it&#8217;s like (as the name suggests) an amplified version of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/beers\/pipeworks-blood-of-the-unicorn\/\">Blood of the Unicorn<\/a>; all the classic West Coast hop flavors on a rich and roasty malt bill, with a dangerous well hidden ABV to boot.
