Smells of plum, blackberry, and forest floor. The taste is fruity and bold with flavors of plum, sour cherry, blackberry, strawberry, and a distinct brininess on a soft, minimally astringent light body. The finish is long and mostly dry with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of raspberry, dark chocolate, oak, rhubarb, and residual brine.
