The taste is bold and fruity with flavors of plum, cherry, fig, and strawberry on a lightly astringent medium body. The finish is long and mostly dry with a moderately low acidity, featuring notes of black cherry, raspberry, strawberry, dark chocolate, and tobacco. Overall this is a very expressive wine, bright and fruity and bold and balanced and complex and structured.
