Here is a white made with Grillo grapes in sandy &#8220;yellow&#8221; soil along the eastern coast of Sicily. Smells of pear, apple, and jasmine. The taste is bright and zesty with flavors of lemonade, pear, green apple, and subtle strawberry on a crisp light body. The finish is long and moderately dry with a moderate acidity, featuring notes of lychee, lemon zest, green apples, and grape leaves.
