The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of apple, pear, tangerine, mango, and honey on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange pith, grapefruit zest, sourdough, and floral hops. Overall, it’s a decent attempt at an NEIPA, the flavors are there, but lighter than they should be and the body is a bit thin; however it is still very drinkable and enjoyable.<\/p>\n
Drink by: 4\/7\/23<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4845,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[172],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-4843","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-new-england"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"AMARILLO, GALAXY, NELSON","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":6.8,"ibu":20},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":4663814},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4843","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4843"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4843\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4846,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4843\/revisions\/4846"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4845"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4843"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=4843"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=4843"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=4843"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
