The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of toasted biscuits, honey, and a hint of lemon on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit peels, herbal hops, and a hint of pine. Overall, it’s a solid and balanced IPA with a good malt profile to back up the hops. Nothing groundbreaking, but it is very enjoyable.<\/p>\n
Drink by: 4\/7\/23<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4841,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[50],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-4839","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-american"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"NUGGET, SULTANA, CITRA, MOSAIC, EUREKA","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":7,"ibu":40},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":4462193},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4839","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4839"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4839\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4842,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4839\/revisions\/4842"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4841"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4839"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=4839"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=4839"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=4839"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
