The taste is crisp and resinous with flavors of toasted biscuits, juniper, grapefruit, and apricot on a full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter featuring notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and pine sap along with herbal and floral hops. Overall, this is a very aggressively hopped beer, somewhere in between East Coast fruity and West Coast piney.
