The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of oak, pine, and herbal hops along with a light minerality. Overall, I don’t believe I’ve ever had a beer of this style either, but I really quite enjoy it. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever had, exquisitely soft and delicately woody and herbal throughout, the juniper being quite reserved yet still identifiable. I would love to find more beers like this.<\/p>\n
Bottled on 11\/2\/22<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4421,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[230],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-4419","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-nordic-farmhouse-ale"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"Unknown","additions":"Juniper Sprigs","yeast":"Brettanomyces lambicus","abv":6.4,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":4952462},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4419","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4419"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4419\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4422,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/4419\/revisions\/4422"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4421"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4419"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=4419"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=4419"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=4419"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
