The taste is crisp and dry with flavors of toasted bread, Earl Grey, with a hint of caramel underneath the full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit, bergamot, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it&#8217;s very crisp and hoppy, almost like a proto West coast IPA. The hops are definitely the star here, but with a strong malt base to reinforce and balance.
