The taste is rich and lightly sweet with flavors of milk chocolate, caramel, fig, cherry, raisin, vanilla, and coffee on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, espresso, smoke, charred oak, and a hint of booziness that lingers into a dull burn on the tongue. Overall, it&#8217;s a fantastic barrel aged stout, but not the best Bourbon County I&#8217;ve had.
