The taste is crisp and lightly sweet, with flavors of caramel, raisins, ginger, maple, and a mildly nutty yeast character on a slick medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of toasted caramel, vanilla, oak, raisins, bourbon, and booze. Overall, it&#8217;s a little rough around the edges, I&#8217;ll have to pick up another bottle and age it for a few years to see if it mellows out.
