The taste is juicy and lightly tart, with flavors of peach, tangerine, lemon, pineapple, and sour cherry on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and lightly tart and low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, melon rind, grapefruit, and pine. Overall, it&#8217;s an interesting beer, not sure if I&#8217;ve had a sour IPA before or not, but I kinda like it. It has the juiciness and soft body of an NEIPA, with a hopping level reminiscent of Trillium (though with a more West Coast flavor profile), but with a light, unobtrusive level of acidity to add some brightness.
