The taste is crisp and pumpkin spiced with flavors of toasted bread, pumpkin puree, and all the spices on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of burnt cinnamon, charred pumpkin seeds, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a fairly straightforward pumpkin ale, albeit a bit spice centric.<\/p>\n
“EXPERIENCE BY:” 5\/1\/22<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3873,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[115],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-3871","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-pumpkin-yam-beer"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale, Munich, CaraHell, C-20, C-45, and Special B","hops":""Lightly bittered with" Magnum","additions":""brewed with pumpkin puree and juice, and spiced in conditioning with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice."","yeast":"Ale","abv":6.7,"ibu":18},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":7671},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3871","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3871"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3871\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3874,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3871\/revisions\/3874"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3873"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3871"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=3871"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=3871"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=3871"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
