The taste is crisp and bold with flavors of cold brew coffee, milk chocolate, toasted biscuits, and caramel on a full, but not quite as smooth body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of coffee, herbal hops, smoke, dark chocolate, and a hint of pine. Overall, this a solid beer, the addition of coffee elevates the complexity and aroma of the base beer quite elegantly.<\/p>\n
Canned on: N\/A<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3805,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[20],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-3803","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-brown-ale-american"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":""English hops"","additions":""aged on a rich blend of Peruvian and El Salvadoran coffee beans roasted locally by Rivertown Roasters"","yeast":"Ale","abv":4.8,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":1623413},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3803","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3803"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3803\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3806,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3803\/revisions\/3806"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3805"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3803"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=3803"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=3803"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=3803"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
