The taste is bracingly tart and juicy with flavors of lemon juice, raspberry, sour cherry, green apples, and a hint of vanilla on a thin, lightly effervescent body. The finish is short and indistinguishable from the taste, very tart with notes of lemon juice, raspberry, sour cherry, green apples, and a hint of vanilla followed by neutral salivation. Overall, the flavors other than the full bore acidity are nice, but the end result is very one-dimensional.<\/p>\n
NO DATE ON BOTTLE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3716,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[135],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-3714","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-sour-american-wild-ale"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"Unknown","additions":""Mixed culture Wild Ale aged in oak foeders with raspberrys from Adam's Berry Farm"","yeast":"Ale","abv":5.9,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":4183266},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3714","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3714"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3714\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3717,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3714\/revisions\/3717"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3716"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3714"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=3714"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=3714"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=3714"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
