Light, but effervescent mouthfeel. Tastes of tart cherry, yes, but with a very interesting counterbalance provided by the dark malts. Hop flavor is more or less replaced by a dry savory cherry flavor that develops in the finish, which ultimately is completely washed away by a wave of saliva brought forth by the astringency. This beer claims to be ” a sour\u00a0fruit beer that invites you to have another” and I gotta say, it is extremely sessionable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[138],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-367","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-sour-flanders-oud-bruin"],"embm_profile":{"malts":null,"hops":null,"additions":null,"yeast":null,"abv":null,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":null,"notes":null,"beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":null},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/367","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=367"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/367\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":373,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/367\/revisions\/373"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=367"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=367"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=367"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=367"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
