The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of mango, pineapple, tangerine, papaya, lime, guava, kiwi, and lemon on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and very tart, featuring notes of lemon juice, sour mango candy, clementines, sour pineapple, lime juice, and about a pound of citric acid.
