The taste is lightly sweet and fruity with flavors of cantaloupe, apricot, plum, and peppery wheat on a medium body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of orange peel, grapefruit, floral hops, and oaked chardonnay. Overall, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fueledbyhops.com\/2021\/01\/03\/new-ingredient-from-new-zealand-being-brew-tested-by-the-veil-and-others\/\">Phantasm powder<\/a> adds a very interesting profile here, apparently the idea is to add thiols which are supposed to add tropical flavors, but it also adds wine flavors in my experience, and actually is a product derived from wine must.
