The taste is crisp and bready, with flavors of orange juice, pineapple and doughy biscuits on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter featuring notes of orange zest, grapefruit pith, and subtle melon rind. Overall, it’s a solid hazy IPA, though not juicy enough to be a true NEIPA. Regardless, it’s very flavorful and well balanced, and with a more satisfyingly dense body and softer flavors than a West Coast IPA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3075,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[172],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-3073","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-new-england"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown, Oats","hops":"Nelson, Strata","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":7,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":3061780},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3073","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3073"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3073\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3076,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/3073\/revisions\/3076"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3075"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3073"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=3073"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=3073"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=3073"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
