The taste is crisp and doughy with notes of papaya, sourdough, and lemon on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, floral, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, closer to a West Coast-style IPA, with hints of New England haze and juiciness, and just a touch of Belgian witbier flavor underneath, but very well balanced and drinkable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2893,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[60],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2891","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-white"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale, Wheat","hops":"Nugget, Centennial; dry hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":6.2,"ibu":55},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":280679},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2891","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2891"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2891\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2894,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2891\/revisions\/2894"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2893"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2891"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2891"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2891"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2891"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
