The taste is crisp and doughy with notes of melon, pineapple, and garlic on a slick medium body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit pith, herbal, and pine hops. Overall, it’s not terrible. Aside from the excess carbonation it’s an enjoyable and well balanced experience, though somewhat forgettable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2773,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[50],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2771","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-american"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"Columbus, Cascade, and Simcoe","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":7,"ibu":53},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2586743},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2771","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2771"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2771\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2776,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2771\/revisions\/2776"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2773"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2771"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2771"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2771"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2771"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
