The taste is sweet and spicy with notes of caramel, coffee, and just a touch of orange chocolate. The finish is long and low in bitterness, with notes of dark chocolate, acidic black coffee, and oak. Overall, it&#8217;s very peculiar, I can&#8217;t quite make up my mind on it. I think the cassia bark, which I am unfamiliar with, is giving the aroma, taste, and finish a difficult to describe bitter\/herbal woodiness.
