The taste is sweet with notes of honey, tea, chocolate, caramel, and subtle citrus, and charred oak all on a thick, syrupy, full body. The finish is long and warm with low to moderate bitterness featuring notes of honey, floral and herbal hops, and a hint of bourbon. Overall, WOW! This exceeded all my expectations and then some. So incredibly complex and well balanced and drinkable it&#8217;s stupid.
