Smells like a hefeweizen, with clove and citrus notes from the yeast. Tastes sweet and fruity on top of a nice bready malt base. Very light mouthfeel and a light hop finish with more clove notes. A damn good beer, removing the yeast doesn’t affect the flavor as much as I’d thought.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[159],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-269","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-weizenbock"],"embm_profile":{"malts":null,"hops":null,"additions":null,"yeast":null,"abv":null,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":null,"notes":null,"beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":null},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/269","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=269"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/269\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":271,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/269\/revisions\/271"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=269"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=269"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=269"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=269"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
