Lightly hazy with great head retention, smells of mango, papaya,and citrus. The taste is crisp and bready with a touch of peppery grains and a background of pineapple, mango, and lemon on a thick and chewy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter with notes of citrus zest, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, this beer is a bit maltier and hoppier than Dinner as well as less dry. Definitely a great beer to have with dinner, and worth trying, though I’d say Dinner is my favorite of the three.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2587,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[54],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2585","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-imperial-double"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"AMERICAN 2-ROW, CARAPILS, CARAMEL 40L","hops":"AMARILLO, CITRA, HBC 522, IDAHO 7","additions":"DEXTROSE","yeast":"Ale","abv":8,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2968100},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2585","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2585"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2585\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2591,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2585\/revisions\/2591"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2587"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2585"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2585"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2585"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2585"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
