Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of floral hops, fresh dough, and a hint of garlic. The taste is tart, but tolerably so, with toasted bread and citrus more or less balanced on the light effervescent body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, with notes of herbal, spicy, and floral hops along with some lingering acidity. Overall, I think the Clara was my favorite of these as the tartness was the most restrained and balanced, but this one isn’t bad, a little less acidity and it could be great.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2425,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[127],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2423","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-saison-farmhouse-ale"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale Malt","hops":""American and New Zealand Hops"","additions":"","yeast":"Farmstead\u00ae Ale Yeast","abv":7,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":16434},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2423","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2423"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2423\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2426,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2423\/revisions\/2426"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2425"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2423"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2423"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2423"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2423"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
