The taste is tart, just barely on the line of too tart, though just as with Arthur, all I taste is lemon. The finish is long with no bitterness or hops, just more lemon. Overall, I was hoping the honey would make this more palatable, but other than a slight drop in tartness, this beer is indistinguishable from Arthur: like drinking carbonated lemon juice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2421,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[127],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2419","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-saison-farmhouse-ale"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale Malt","hops":""American and European Hops"","additions":"Vermont Wildflower Honey","yeast":"Farmstead\u00ae Ale Yeast","abv":6.2,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":21548},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2419","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2419"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2419\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2422,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2419\/revisions\/2422"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2421"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2419"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2419"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2419"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2419"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
