The taste is pleasantly tart up front, with a sour cherry character, and soft tannin and oak notes underneath the light, effervescent body. The finish is moderate in length and bitterness, with notes of citrus peel, herbal and spicy hops, grape must, and a mineral water finale. Overall, I’m pretty sure this is the first grisette I’ve ever had, but I like it; not too tart and with a nice complexity from the oak aging.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2409,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[44],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2407","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-grisette"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale Malt, Organic Vermont Wheat, Flaked Oats","hops":""American and European Hops"","additions":"Aged 4 Months in Oak Puncheons","yeast":"Farmstead\u00ae Ale Yeast","abv":4,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":67499},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2407","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2407"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2407\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2410,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2407\/revisions\/2410"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2409"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2407"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2407"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2407"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2407"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
