The taste is semi-sweet and juicy with lots of citrus and tropical fruit flavors with a crisp bready undertone and a smooth, full body. The finish is moderate in length and bitterness, with notes of citrus peel, fruit, and floral hops. Overall, a very good rendition of a NE style IPA, definitely worth trying.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2247,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[172],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2243","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-ipa-new-england"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Two-row Pale, Munich, Oats, Wheat","hops":"Citra, Magnum, Simcoe, Comet, Mosaic, El Dorado","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":6.7,"ibu":35},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2412786},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2243","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2243"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2243\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2248,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2243\/revisions\/2248"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2247"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2243"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2243"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2243"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2243"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
