Not sure why they went with the redundant &#8220;IPA India Pale Ale&#8221; but whatever.<\/p>\n<p>Clear with light head retention, smells of pine, citrus, and fresh dough. The taste is crisp with a slightly sour flavor underneath, kinda like toasted bread mixed with kiwi fruit; body is medium. The finish is long with moderate bitterness, featuring pine and herbal hop notes along with a lingering lemony tartness. Overall it&#8217;s not terrible, but unorthodox, I wasn&#8217;t expecting the sour undertones.
