The taste is crisp and doughy with citrus and a soft funkiness underneath the medium body. The finish is moderate in length and low in bitterness, with herbal and spicy hops and some yeastiness before fading to a fairly clean ending; as it warms lemongrass can also be detected. Overall, I like this one just a touch more than the Blonde de Chambly due to the clean finish, but they’re really very similar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2070,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[163],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-2068","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","embm_style-witbier"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Unknown","hops":"Unknown","additions":"Unknown","yeast":"Ale","abv":5,"ibu":10},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":4453},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2068","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2068"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2068\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2081,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/2068\/revisions\/2081"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2070"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2068"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=2068"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=2068"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=2068"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
