It also happens to be a “0” IBU IPA as well, meaning all hops were added post boil.<\/p>\n
Very hazy with minimal head retention, smells of juicy, dry-hopped goodness. The taste is crisp bready with some fruity notes shining through, and a light body. The finish is where this beer really stands out; bone dry and reminiscent of sparkling mineral water, with notes of herbal and earthy hops, for a long but only lightly bitter experience. Overall, I like it, it’s very drinkable and just quirky enough to be endearing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[191,172],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1721","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-ipa-brut","embm_style-ipa-new-england"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"","hops":"","additions":"","yeast":"","abv":null,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2894419},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1721","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1721"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1721\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1724,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1721\/revisions\/1724"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1721"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1721"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1721"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1721"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
