The taste is crisp with a flavor of toasted bread with a peppery character in the background, along with just a touch of sweetness and a full, almost chewy body. The finish is low to moderate in bitterness but long in duration, featuring a reprise of the aroma, with notes of juicy citrus and spicy, piney herbal hops all mingling together with a hint of maple and a subtle warmth from the alcohol. Overall, I love it!
