Clear with very thin head; smells of crisp wheat and lots of adjunct grains. The taste is crackery and slightly adjunct funky, a little watery, but pretty balanced for what it is; body is light. The finish is very clean and low in bitterness, more of a mineral water flavor than hops, reminiscent of a Miller High Life. Overall, for an adjunct pilsner, it’s pretty solid, a good sessionable pale summer lager that anyone could a appreciate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[78],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1527","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-lager-north-american-adjunct"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pilsen Malt","hops":""Hops"","additions":"Cassava Starch","yeast":"Lager","abv":4.7,"ibu":23},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":3692},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1527","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1527"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1527\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1528,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1527\/revisions\/1528"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1527"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1527"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1527"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1527"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
