The taste is semi-sweet with some crisp, toasty, biscuity malts up front, while softer dough and honey and fruit flavors dance underneath; body is medium. The finish is long and moderately bitter, with notes of citrus peel, grapefruit, and subtle herbal hops. Overall, this is a pretty good IPA; well balanced and diverse in its flavor profile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[53],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1454","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-ipa-english"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale","hops":"Cascade, Centennial, Pilgrim, Styrian Celeia","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":5.9,"ibu":55},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":1353},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1454","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1454"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1454\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1459,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1454\/revisions\/1459"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1454"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1454"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1454"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1454"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
