The taste is crisp and biscuity with with a watery, almost acidic tone underneath, kinda odd; body is medium. The finish is mostly clean and low in bitterness with mineral water flavors coming through more than the herbal hops. Overall, it&#8217;s not bad, it&#8217;s drinkable, just not really what I&#8217;d call a pale ale; more like a &#8220;lite&#8221; version of a pale ale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[97],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1450","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-pale-ale-american"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Special Pale","hops":"Millennium, Mt.
