The taste is very crisp and bready, with some toasty caramel underneath and a thick, full body. The finish is mostly clean and moderately bitter, with notes of herbal, pine and citrus hops. Overall this is a really good lager; it walks the line between pils and IPL, but its drinkability and smoothness I think leans it more towards a pilsner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[109],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1447","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-pilsner-other"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"2-Row, C-20, Munich","hops":"Hallertau, Hersbrucker, Mt Hood, Opal","additions":"","yeast":"Lager","abv":5.1,"ibu":44},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":1241711},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1447","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1447"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1447\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1449,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1447\/revisions\/1449"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1447"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1447"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1447"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1447"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
