The taste is crisp and bready up front, with the classic wheat bite complimenting the coriander; raspberry and lemon are merely peripheral flavors underneath it with a smooth, medium body. The finish is moderately long and low in bitterness, with a spicy hop character to balance the crisp wheat; the fruit flavors are again hidden underneath. Overall, it&#8217;s a tasty and sessionable wheat beer first, and a fruit beer second.
