The taste is tart lime up front with some bready malts underneath, subtle hints of the spices, with a light body. The finish is clean with no bitterness, mostly just lime and salt flavors, but some subtle herbal\/floral hopping is in there too. Overall, a very good traditional style gose that isn&#8217;t too sour, with an added splash of refreshing lime.
