The taste is semi-sweet, a prominent toasty biscuit flavor mingles with sweeter mango and peppery notes on top of a smooth, medium body. The finish is low to moderate bitterness and very clean, notes of citrus and pine hops, with some residual mango and a slightly astringent character that reminds me of a mango flavored iced tea.
