The taste is crisp and very bready with a hint of peppery spice and a thick, full body. The finish is moderately bitter with a predominant citrus peel character and some subtle pine and herbal notes underneath. Overall, this is nice, well-balanced pils, although the addition of Citra hops blurs the line here between pilsner and IPL.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[61],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1285","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-kellerbier-zwickelbier"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Light Pils","hops":"Saaz, Dry Hops: Citra, Saaz","additions":"","yeast":"Lager","abv":5.1,"ibu":36},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":792214},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1285","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1285"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1285\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1287,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1285\/revisions\/1287"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1285"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1285"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1285"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1285"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
