The taste is semi-sweet up front with notes of citrus juice mixed with toasted bread on a medium body. The finish is dry and full of floral, herbal, and pine notes; moderately bitter. Overall, a very good IPA; well balanced and a great variety of flavors and alcohol content that aren’t over the top like in a DIPA, and is consequently very sessionable yet hoppy enough to satisfy a craving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[50],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1168","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-ipa-american"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"2-Row & Crystal","hops":"Citra, Centennial & Bravo; Dry Hops: Citra, Centennial & Bravo","additions":"","yeast":"Ale","abv":6.5,"ibu":65},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":871255},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1168","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1168"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1168\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1171,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1168\/revisions\/1171"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1168"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1168"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1168"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1168"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
