Clear with no head, smells of dry apples with subtle cherry and citrus notes. The taste is bright and sweet apple, with a subtle fruitiness from the cherry and orange peel and a light effervescence. The finish is semi-dry with a very subtle tartness and a smoky bourbon quality that add complexity.
