The taste is reminiscent of a sparkling dry white wine, perhaps a prosecco, dry with tannins and acidity, and a light body. The finish is dry and astringent, but not puckering, just a wave a salivation and a subtly tart lingering sensation. Overall, it’s a nice change of pace from the rest of the lineup, and is by far the least sweet for those who aren’t into sweet ciders. For this reason it would be slightly more sessionable than the rest of the main lineup; it also has the highest ABV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[27],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1072","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-cider"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"No Culinary Apples","hops":"Bittersweet Apples: Dabinett, Binet Rouge, Harry Masters","additions":"","yeast":"Cider","abv":5.5,"ibu":null},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":1224981},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1072","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1072"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1072\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1078,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1072\/revisions\/1078"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1072"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1072"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1072"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1072"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
