Bright ruby with light head retention, smells fruity and acidic, subtle Belgian funk beneath. The taste is tart and doughy, with Belgian yeast flavors throughout and a moderate body. The finish is dry with very low bitterness and herbal hops with salivation-inducing astringency. Overall, this is probably the weakest of the pack, just tastes like the Cellar Blender but watered down.<\/p>\n
<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/C360_2018-01-14-01-29-31-336.jpg\" alt=\"Spare Room\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[185],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1017","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-blend"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale, Chocolate, Caramel Munich, Special W, Black Barley, Oats, Unknown","hops":"Willamette, Nugget, Liberty, Unknown","additions":"Cranberries, Cherries, Raspberries, Wood Aging, Bottle conditioned","yeast":"Belgian Ale, Unknown","abv":7.3,"ibu":10},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2385531},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1017","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1017"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1017\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1034,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1017\/revisions\/1034"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1017"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1017"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1017"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1017"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
