Deep ruby in color, with minimal head retention, smells of sour cherries and subtle smoky malts. The taste is malty and bready, with a sour fruit note on top, matched with a full body. The finish is crisp and dry, low in bitterness with light herbal hopping, and a remarkably clean palate at the end from the lager yeast and acidic astringency. Overall, a cool experience, sweet and sour, with a double clean finish, kinda like the beer equivalent of a cordial cherry.<\/p>\n
<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/C360_2018-01-14-01-27-50-239.jpg\" alt=\"L'Argento\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","embm_styles":[185],"embm_groups":[],"embm_menus":[],"class_list":["post-1011","embm_beer","type-embm_beer","status-publish","hentry","embm_style-blend"],"embm_profile":{"malts":"Pale, Carapils, Black, Munich, Chocolate, Unknown","hops":"Nugget, Unknown","additions":"Cranberries, Cherries, Raspberries, Wood Aging","yeast":"Lager, Unknown","abv":6.2,"ibu":10},"embm_extras":{"availability":"","notes":"","beer_number":null},"embm_untappd":{"id":2394248},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1011","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/embm_beer"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1011"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1011\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1033,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_beers\/1011\/revisions\/1033"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1011"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"embm_style","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_styles?post=1011"},{"taxonomy":"embm_group","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_groups?post=1011"},{"taxonomy":"embm_menu","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.davedrinksbeer.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/embm_menus?post=1011"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
