I review the beers I drink

Yuengling – Hershey’s Chocolate Porter

Flashlight shows a hazy ruby hue, head retention is light, smells like Hershey’s milk chocolate. The taste is semi-sweet (no pun intended) with a crisp toasted bread character up front and sweet chocolate chips underneath the silky smooth medium body. The finish is moderate in length and low in bitterness with soft herbal hops and tons of residual milk chocolate. Overall, it’s a fairly light beer for the style, but the featured ingredient is used well and it goes down exceptionally well.
