Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of pineapple, tangerines, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of freshly baked bread, orange, lemon, pineapple, and guava on a full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of apricot, cantaloupe, grapefruit and pine, along with just a hint of smoke. Overall, it’s very juicy and well balanced, but the smoky notes in the finish elevate the experience quite unexpectedly. I’d like to see more of what this brewery has to offer.
