Just a touch of haze and minimal head retention, smells of doughy malts, grassy hops, and a touch of lemon zest. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of sourdough, honeyed oats, and subtle hints of lemon juice on a finely carbonated full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of dried apricot, sourdough, lemon peel, white pepper, and grassy/herbal hops. Overall, this is a nice lager, clean and simple but with a touch of rustic flair to make it unique. Effortlessly sessionable and thirst satisfying.
